CTA received a special discretionary grant from the FTA to develop a Transit Asset Management (TAM) system. CTA currently uses an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software system to manage its maintenance defect data and work orders. CTA leveraged the CTA EAM system to incorporate facility capital asset and condition information, as well as to update actual field condition ratings for these asset categories.

Assisted the Program Resource Office (PRO) in its goal to support the Capital Projects Management (CPM) division with the tools and resources necessary to deliver more successful projects. Along with direction of the PRO staff, and in collaboration with the City’s staff, technical expertise was provided to perform a number of program management tasks.
Air Combat Command, U.S. Air Force
AECOM was chosen by the Air Force Civil Engineer Support Agency (AFCESA) to provide base wide Sustainable Infrastructure Assessments (SIAs) for six air bases located in the southeastern US. AECOM audit teams visited more than 8,500,000 square-feet across 450 buildings ranging from retail and entertainment to secure communications facilities to assess the facility conditions and space utilization, and evaluate lighting, water, HVAC and process energy systems.
